RED Day in the Keller Williams community of real estate offices is new and like no other. It is a dynamic day that is being taken part by KW offices and agents around the US and Canada.
RED stands for Renew, Energize and Donate, and is a new Keller Williams Realty service initiative dedicated to improving our local communities.
Here in Pasadena, our office center will be assisting with a community Open House for the Agape Life Change center, located at 681 East Washington Blvd. Pasadena, 91104.
Agape Life Change (ALC) is a faith-based, non-profit corporation committed to individual development, affordable housing development, community development, social enterprise and community betterment. Agape Life Change will offer classes and programs, which will meet the needs and wants of the community as a whole.
This will be a family-friendly community event with activities for the kiddies as well as refreshments and snacks for all attendees. If you have the time, come join us from 4-7pm and see what all the buzz is about for yourself!

Pasadena Ca. Real Estate Market is Heating Up.
Turn on your t.v., pick up a newspaper (gasp!), or search your favorite online news information sites, and you will most likely see more of the doom and gloom forecasts regarding the economy and home sales.
Meanwhile… A strange thing is going on with local real estate. Not so secretly, there is a large number of buyers that is moving quickly to take advantage of record low mortgage rates and hot deals for entry and mid-level properties. The numbers are impressive and very telling.

To keep things in perspective, it has been a long while since we have seen this type of activity and multiple offers, (yes…multiple offers), have become the norm for strong properties under $500k!
For those that have been sitting on the sidelines waiting for the appropriate moment to jump in the market by either buying or selling, there is one question to ask… When will be a better time?
Patience is a virtue, but fear drives the weak to step cautiously, wait invariably too long, and lose opportunities to those that seize them early. Competition is already getting fairly fierce. These are great signs for sellers, but buyers…
